Influence Coaching

If you are a mom or a dad, you have to positively influence your kids into greatness; otherwise someone will do it for you. If you are a salesperson, you have to influence your clients into action; otherwise your competition will. If you are a business owner or an executive, you are always influencing your employees and coworkers to focus on the organization’s outcome. It is all about influence, isn’t it?  The two leadership experts in the world have one thing in common: they both recognize that leadership is influence. Ken Blanchard, bestselling author of the series One Minute Manager said, “The key to successful leadership today is influence, not authority.” Best selling author, John Maxwell, who has sold more than 13 million books said, “The true measure of leadership is influence, nothing more, nothing less.”

I have been saying for many years that our life results are determined by our capacity to influence others and ourselves into action. If you were to stop and look at one area in your life where you are producing great results, I guarantee that you either know how to influence yourself to take action in that specific area and/or you are very good at influencing other people to act. The same is true for other areas in our lives where we are not excelling at the level we would like.

When I decided to become a coach, trainer and speaker back in 2002, my English was terrible and I did not have any presentation experience. The skill that I decided to master to make sure that I not only was able to overcome all the upcoming challenges, but also that I would be able to excel in my profession was the art and science of influence. I agree with Anthony Robbins when he said, “Influence is the single most important skill you can master in your lifetime.”  Unfortunately, we do not learn influence in school. Yes, life experiences and events can give us good insight into the art of influence, but that is not enough if we are committed to excel in life.

For the last 7 years I have been proactively researching, modeling and studying with the top influencers, communicators and researchers of the art and science of influence. Specifically, I had two role models that have inspired me to become an Influenceologist (my definition of someone who studies influence). The first is Dr. Kevin Hogan, who has elevated the game of research and education of the art and science of influence. I strongly recommend any book or course that Kevin does, not only is he extremely smart and fun, but he also shares very useful information. The second role model is Mr. Anthony Robbins, who I had the pleasure to work with for 6 years. Mr. Robbins has definitely used his influence skills to transform and help the lives of millions of people around the world. I would like to thank both of these gentlemen.

Back in 2002 I made a decision to devote my life to become an improvement and change agent, so I could effectively help people to improve their skills and results. The way I believe we can do this is by mastering the art and science of influence in our lives, so that is the reason I have created this coaching program. Now is your chance to elevate your game in the influence arena and start attracting even more of the things that matter most in life to you.  As Ralph Waldo Emerson said, “Who shall set a limit to the influence of a human being?”
