Last week I was coaching one of my clients that happened to be the CEO of an organization with over 1000 employees. This gentleman is super smart, very successful, and extremely technical. While he has a lot of experience speaking to people, selling ideas, and doing large presentations, he still feels super uncomfortable speaking in front of a camera.

I can relate to him because when we founded InfluenceOlogy in the beginning of 2009, I had done, at that time, over 2,500 live talks and I was super confident speaking to groups, yet, I was SUPER uncomfortable speaking in front of the camera. It is just different. It took me a while to become comfortable doing videos, especially LIVE videos.
