    Great interview Roberto. Lots of good content. I would like to offer a tiny piece of constructive criticism. It would be less distracting in the future if you were to move the large white microphone out of the frame. I don’t wish to offend. This is just an observation. I couldn’t stop thinking about snowballs through the entire interview.
